Does anyone know if the original version of Patterns for Jazz was ever released for Kindle? Amazon has the Bass Clef version in Kindle format, but doesn't seem to have the other. I have a copy in print, but I've been trying to get as much of my material as I can on my iPad since it's a lot easier to move that around (it actually fits in my case).
