that is a conn sideline model, or, at least, pan was, (pan american)
really odd design though...
looks remeniscent of a malerne?

Yeah, I was pretty sure it wasn't a Pan-American. I've searched high and low for a clue though and I've heard the Euro import a lot but can't figure out how you guys can tell that even.

Any clue on the value or what I could get for it?

This one screams Malerne. Take a look at the keys and guards on this Martin/Malerne stencil from saxpics.com:

Malerne is one of the least sought after vintage brands. Since this is a stencil, it ain't worth much. The couple of Malernes I've played were excellent.

I'd say keep it.
