I recently bought a P. Mauriat System 76 Alto Sax, and I love everything about it, except for the case. Don't get me wrong, the case is built like a tank, there is just almost no storage space for reeds, neck straps, swabs, etc. I would like to know if anyone has found a case Cover for this case with plenty of storage space, or knows of any storage solutions for similar cases. I'm currently putting everything into a bag that goes into my bell. If you don't know what this case looks like, it's on P. Mauriat's site as the "Heavy Duty Warrior Pro Contoured Case" or something like that. It's very similar to the Walt Johnson cases.

These folks are very well regarded for making nice custom /semi custom instrument case covers; http://www.coloradocase.com/saxophone.aspx

but it may be cheaper to buy a Protec contoured case that has the pockets built in. I use Protecs as gig cases for this reason. The other thing you'll see lots of guys do is use another separate bag. A small shoulder bag, I have a Manhattan Portage like this; http://www.manhattanportage.com/catalog/messenger-bags-c-22.html that I sometime use for carrying music, my tablet, a small horn stand, ear plugs, mic & cable, and other small items I often need at gigs.

It really depends upon the person. The minimalists will live with putting the neck in a soft bag or pouch and putting it and their neck strap in the bell and then using the other small space in the case for a mouthpiece and a few extra reeds others will bring bags with all sorts of extra stuff.
