Ordered reeds

What has been your experience with ordering reeds? Do they come perfectly intact or cracked, split, chipped and broken?

Mine have always come intact, except for one RJS that was only half there.

intact for me as well

I've never had any problems with ordering reeds, I've always ordered from Prowinds

WWBW sent a box of the wrong size reeds once. They said "Keep it, we'll send a box of what you ordered." I did, and they did.
