Yeah, we're really looking forward to this one. The only drawback is that some of our best tunes are Rebirth covers... and of course we've got to avoid those tonight. But the whole band just got back from New Orleans, where we all went to the jazz-fest and even got to play the French Quarter at night. So this is like a continuation of our New Orleans party-week, but up in Baltimore. Plus we get to hear Rebirth, which is icing on the cake.
Opening for Rebirth Brass Band at Mother's Federal Hill 5/10 7pm
The Naptown Brass Band will be opening up for the Rebirth Brass Band this coming Friday night, May 10th starting at 7pm at Mother's Federal Hill Grille (https://mothersgrille.com/federal-hill/music-events/) in Baltimore City. Come on by to hear Rebirth, and give my group a listen as well. Should be a great time at a fantastic neighborhood spot in the Federal Hill part of Baltimore.

Yeah, they are all great guys. The only drawback is that we had to shelve some of our best tunes for the show... because they're Rebirth tunes. Funny thing is, they did a tune we did (Grazin' in the Grass)… but of course, so much better. So now we're going to steal that arrangement as well!
