Here's a sample from the newest one, Minor to Minor: Understanding the Scales. It's available individually or as part of my Stage III series at http://www.beginningsax.com/Jazz Improv Lessons.htm
Very cool! Have fun and be sure to stop by my website. I've got tons of lessons there.I have just had a quick look at your thread and wowee am I going to have a busy weekend... Oh so much to learn....
Thanks! Got more in the works. It takes quite a while to put the lessons together. I've got one more rhythm section track recorded for another Soloing on Tunes lessons, then I'm planning on taking my rhythm section back in to the studio to put together another set of tracks. Let me know if you have any tune requests. I can't promise I'll get to all of the requests I get, but it gives me a list to work from.I have bought the 'Soloing on Tunes.....' lessons and find these really useful as well as fun to play. Looking forward to some more please.
Sounds good to me! Just drop me an email at [email protected] anytime you want and we'll set something up.I'll keep that in mind! However, I may have to settle for Skype!
Thanks Lesacks!I'd like to give a thumbs up to Randy's backing/rhythm section.
I'm (finally) reaching the stage where I can properly listen to and play with them - and there is real interest there as well.
Thanks so much, Keith! I hope you're doing well. You're familiar with my approach to practicing time and sound, so the compliment is appreciated even more!Your tone and inflection and time are great. Super playing K
Randy, thx; I've watched your youtube videos the past few months and they're well-done & helpful, esp the tips & tricks ones - kudos!
Thanks Graphicguy! I'll be posting a new Licks, Tips, & Tricks video on the thread tomorrow called The Funk Scale. I hope you dig it!
