The only ones I can suggest are the ones I use which are Rubank method books.
It;s a complete set of books from elementary to intermediate to advanced. Without knowing your proficiency of the instrument, it is difficult to suggest a specific book. What one finds useful and a huge boon for them with one series of books might just be completely useless for another. However, you can find a lot of different books for oboe at forest music in Berkeley, CA.
