I did a quick version of this Jobim standard with the JA backing track. Just wanted a decent quality recording playing my Java T55 on some familiar material. I'm really liking that mouthpiece, it reminds me of the smoky vibe of my old rubber Berg (except that it plays a lot better).

I've got a T75 java. I really like it. I still use the Link for a more Getz-like sound, but the java has a great tone and a big sound. It seems to have a darker tone whilst having a good bit of edge - so a bit at both ends IYSWIM.

Good assessment, Oric. I definitely go for the dark thing, I can't escape it!
