My low C# key (pinky cluster) on soprano produces a clicking sound when pressed down.
I figured that the notch connecting to the bridge connecting to the low Bb key has some play in it.
I can wiggle that small bridge at least 1mm over the C# notch.

Any way to fix this?

1saxman is likely correct. If between your C# keytouch and the G# linkage tab underneath it you do not see any linkage material, that is probably at least part of your problem. I don't really understand the rest of your post, but it could easily also be gaps between the ends of the keytubes and the posts. There are lots of other possible causes and contributors, too, such as looseness in the pivots/tubes, keys hitting other keys they shouldn't be hitting, etc.
