The Noblet metal clarinets are intermediate level - far better than the vast majority of metal clarinets, but not at the level of the Silver Kings, Selmers, etc. If you've always wanted a metal clarinet and didn't want to have a lot of money invested in one, the Noblet is a good choice. Value without repad - maybe $100-150 - could even be less on a slow day.
