Directed my first college concert last night. Or should I say played piano on a tune and had the students run the show. It was really a rewarding experience because they took it seriously and showed some growth. I can't believe I'm saying this but I find teaching to be a blast. I'm going to take some masters classes next year and try to pick up another college class. I'd love to teach a jazz history class somewhere. Farewell Mr. Buffett nice knowing ya.

I don't have to play In The Mood, Mustang Salley or sing Margaritaville and the lights will stay on and there's a chicken in the oven. Life is good.
