i don't know if there is already a thread like this, but if there is I apologize. Nonetheless, I think it would be beneficial to everyone to have thread that introduces new and talented artists to the SOTW community.
Newer artist suggestions.

Here are some guys off the top of my head that I really like but I'm not sure how "new" they are. 
They're younger than me so that makes them young/new...but my opinion on that may be a bit skewed. So maybe I'm missing on the new but there's no question on the talent.
