That strait alto looks cool  When should I expect it to come out? I just want know when I need to hide my credit cards
They should be ready to deliver it on a regular basis from dec 07, latest jan 2008. That's what they told me. I've just placed a new picture of the Sunsonic alto.

love for sale...

I have the inspiration for the "altello"...an original Rampone straight alto from the 1930's...less than 100 ever made!

It looks like it is just rotated a bit. In the last pic it looks to be the normal angle.

The next on the straight alto looks like too steep of an angle to make it comfortable to play. Have you tried it?
I will test them on December and as usual publish the video. Stay tuned, the English translation of the entire R&C tour will be published on my web site this week :)

A very fast answer just arrived :)

Material: Yellow Brass (a special alloy)

Finish: Sandblasted pure brass (unlaquered)

All the R1 finishes will be available for the R1-Jazz Altello and probably a few more... ;)

All the best,

Stan

Thanks for checking. I like the prototype's finish as is. It gives it an ol' time look from days gone by. I hope (or not for my wallet's sake) they start using that through their line.
