Thank you Warp x, I waited far too long to pick up this up. What a treasure! I forgot about this until I was turned on to it again from the stellar Youtube "HornClub" series with Bob Whittaker and Dean Masser.

The digital booklet is incredible as well.

Anyways, just another note of appreciation for the heads up.
