Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to let you know I've posted a new lesson called, "Shaping the Blues Scale" on the jazz improvisation lessons page of my website. This lesson works at finding some of the most soulful sounds in the blues scale. Check out the YouTube sample if you have a moment:

Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to let you know I've added another lesson to the site. While most of the lessons focus on the development of improvisation skills, this one gets back to the basics by providing an easy-to-follow approach for learning and memorizing the 12 major scales. "Learning the Major Scales" is offered by itself or as part of a series with the lesson entitled, "Time, Tongue, and Technique." There is a link to a YouTube sample on the lessons page.
