need to find a mouthpice for my Martin

I am very undecided between a Meyer and an original Martin mouthpiece, both hard rubber. The sound of the Martin mouthpiece is great (mellow, relaxed and very even), but intonation is far less consistent than with the Meyer mouthpiece. However, I am still experimenting with the Martin mpc

Btw, the Martin mouthpiece really sounds like a vintage bari. If you are looking for a powerful sound, it's probably not the best choice for you, but for classic big band work I think it sounds wonderful.
