I have decided I am no longer offering my business to Noteworthy Music, Gettysburg PA. Twice I have taken my horn in for service and twice they have ignored large issues such as a clicking middle C key and very loose post screw for the low stack. They also didn't resolve my student's issues with his YTS52 issues in the lower register, also taken in twice for the same thing.

Simply put, they don't do what you pay for and they ask far too much in terms of rates. Are there any techs in this area of note? I am considering Coffey Music in Westminster MD, Dominique Iacavone is the tech in that store.

I ended up going with Dom at Coffey Music, Westminster MD. Fantastic work, solved little issues and made the keywork much more even. His prices are amazing too, a full adjustment for only $17.50. Even better, he replaced several leaky pads and totally readjusted the keyword on his YTS-52 for only.... $55.50. Dom is a great guy, I heartily recommend him.
