I recently got into a decent playing Rovner metal tenor mpc.

If all works out it'll be my power piece.

Now about this lig problem. Does any body use a NON-ROVNER lig with a Rovner mpc.?? I have tried with the Rovner ligs. It doesn't take a very long time when playing sax, to collect a shoe box full of items that "just didn't quite work for us".

I not a big fan of the rubber and fabric ligs. Presently, I'm playing a Dukoff Vibrafee on my Dukoff LD tenor (my ensemble piece) and either a BIOS or Master lig on my Meyer 7. None of which will fit the Rovner tenor.

Well, unless you know why someone doesn't like something, it's not so easy to pinpoint what would work for them. That's what I''ve found anyway.
