I ran across a CL listing for a couple of mpcs, pretty inexpensive. the ad says:

Chrome on left is Arnold Brilhart design #3 lay. Brass on right is Otto Link Super Tone Master #V38 lay.

Not local so I can't look at them. Does the above give a clue to size, or what?

He is looking at a picture from Craig's list of a chrome Brilhart #3 on the left and a brass Link STM on the right with a v38 lay, whatever that is. He wants to know what size these numbers mean.
