Hi,

I would like to improve and give more core to the sound of my reference 54 tenor vintage lacquer, can you help me?

Does a MK VI neck fits a reference 54, and which serial?

Not sure if they all would fit. I tried a Reference neck on my 80,000 Mark 6 tenor
and it fit perfect. So maybe the reverse would work. Good Luck

I used a Gloger Copper neck on my Ref. 54. Karsten Gloger told me it was designed for a Mark VII.
Good intonation with a touch more overtones, freeblowing and fine top tones.
Bought it at Saxofoonwinkel in Deventer, NL. A wonderfull piece of craftmenship.
Now with a Theo Wanne Ambika I switched back to the original neck, loving more the darker sound now.
