I felt a bit inspired lately to try and reach out to people via the internet in this era of "social distancing" amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. So, naturally the thought of being near others, or "The Nearness of You" came to my mind.
So, I recorded this version which is mostly an interpretation of the melody of that great standard. I am still learning video shooting and editing skills, and I am striving for progress and not perfection at this point.
