Attempted to install a new vBulletin version. However, it did not finish properly and the upper navigation bar disappeared.

Jazz Is All, what browser do you use. Try now after the fix.
Using Google chrome the Google search window was there although the navigation buttons weren't before the above fix.

Found and fixed another problem in the navbar; 'New Group Messages' under 'What's New?'.
This was known problem already six months ago. And vBulletin is still delivering new versions containing it? :shock:
