Here's my first GarageBand experiment. Everyone is actually live.

Special thanks to Steve Neff as most of the solo is from his ii V I books I've been living with over the years. Also thanks to Dave Pollack (whom I don't know) but posted about the importance of recording yourself. It was a rough 2 weeks but I'm heading in the right direction.

RECORDING NOTE: Still working with the microphone - It's one of the Yeti Mics - Gain was a little hot.

I turn my gain all the way down on my Yeti for all my mouthpiece clips.......

I read that from one of your earlier post after doing the project. You also mentioned turning the GarageBand input level almost all the way down as well. Next time.
The Garageband setting really depends on the mouthpiece and the volume going into the mic. I turn the mic gain all the way down and then play into the mic while looking at garage band. It the meter is hitting at 3/4 of the way at full blast I am good. You just want to avoid going into the red for obvious reasons.....
