I recently picked one of these up - I'm really enjoying playing it. It's a bit darker than my other mouthpieces, but seems to project in a sorta warm/fat way.

Most my reeds are bit too hard, I've been using 3.5 Vandoren V16s, ZZ 4s, and Laz Voz Hards. I had more success with a BSS 3 but thought it was *maybe* a touch on the soft side (i.e. it played "perfectly" straight out the box, so I'm assuming it'll be too soft in a few days...)

As these are only made in one tip opening, I'm curious, whare are you guys using?

Unfortunately I can't speak to the tenor version, but I've had good luck with Fibracell and Legere Signature for the soprano and alto versions. I hope to try a tenor model at some point, and when I do I'll start with those.
