Hi, I had a gig at a very dark club the other night. It's my 10 year old quartet with the great guitarist Mike Outram. (Apparently there's a pdf going around the web of all Mike's solos from the last set of videos)

I tried filming it but it was very dark. I was checking out a new mouthpiece too-a Meyer 6 (There goes the comfort zone).

Hey Jamie, you mentioned Andy Fusco. That dude can really play. There are a lot videos on Youtube that he is on with Buddy Rich. I saw him back in the 80's with Buddy and he had the whole book memorized. He stared up in the air. And his solos were great!!! Also, check Sinatra and the Concert of the Americas. It's the Buddy band backing him up and Andy is playing lead and his sound has a real 'neon' sound and feel to it that I really like.
