Anyone know where to find a chart for or know the changes to Milestones?

This would be the one Miles played with Parker and also recorded by Joe Henderson on So Near, So Far

I think it was in Vol. 7 of the Aebersold series, or... you can get a version of this in the Band-in-a-Box file archive on Yahoo groups.
