Mildew in tone holes and on pads....

It needs to breathe / dry better before you put it away, the other option is after playing, finger the trill key and blow air from the outside back through and over the pad. The body of the clarinet especially altos is a bit thick to simply drop a swab in and expect t to draw from within the tone holes
