Could be fake but looks refaced but not by Klum. The corners are too square to be TK's and that's not his style of tip work. Looks like there is heavy buffing on the lettering and some oxidization underneath. The other listings look original as well.
I would suspect that it is a fake. But even if it's not, it's certainly not worth that kind of money. Other than a collector, I don't see why anyone would pay that kind of money for a mouthpiece when today you have a plethora of brand new mouthpieces inspired by Meyer's that can achieve the same sound.
It is definitely not a fake. The seller will answer questions about the work. It has been my experience anyhow.
