Metronome on mobile phone

Just had this idea: a mobile phone metronome application. Programmed in java or whatever. Your metronome would be right at hand.
Surely some SotW member could write this, allthough i can't myself. What do you think?

One thing I've learned in my fairly long life experience is that if it's a "friggin' brilliant idea", then someone else has probably already thought of it.
