With these budget priced sopranos, I would not even flirt with the idea of plopping down any money for them without being able to thoroughly play test the exact example you are contemplating buying with a good tuner by your side. Preferably with a few dependable mouthpieces as well.

Bad intonation is epidemic with these rock bottom soprano horns in particular.

I think everyone is trying to tell you that $200 falls short of what is needed (barring a one in a million discovery) to purchase a worthy soprano sax. They are expensive to make, sell for a chunk of change new, used and vintage (if worth owning), and suffer horribly when manufacturing is "dumbed" down to make and sell them at bargain basement prices.
