It has been six months since I sent Matthews Music in The Netherlands, $4,495.00 for a Keilwerth Tenor cx90 sax and I still have not received the proper neck. Any advice on how I can get this company to respond. This is outrageous!

I recently bought a yanagisawa alto from them. It was delivered very fast by mail and everything in perfect order. Very good service. I am sure there must be some mistake, call them and check.

Yeah, there is an idea. Talk to someone there on the phone. Have you done that?

I know them is very helpfull and reliable.
