I'm not sure exactly what you are asking - if it is for a critique all I can say is I likie th sound -as a producer I always appreciate a bass play who has a sound that is focussed on what's needed for the genre, and has some tightness of dynamics so doesn't a lot of extra compression or multiband.

My only beef might be it seems to be pushing a bit - I'd say relax into the beat.
I think you should practice with a metronome and slower to get a proper timing and sound!
Absolutely practice slower - and listen for when you are locked in or not to the time - it helps you play faster in the end.
