If it's a Martin, it's a Handcraft of some sort. Nice old horns, but it might be a C Melody. I can't tell for sure as the attached images won't expand and the pictures are too small.

I havent actually seen it yet . He told me it says Martin on it. It does kind of look like a C-Melody now that you mention it. But I still think its Tenor , though not sure. Cool looking oldy.

Measure the body. A C Melody will be about 25" without the neck and a tenor should be around 28". Usually the neck of a C melody has a greater curve to it being taller and shorter in length. Whatever it is, the price sounds good! Even if it is a C melody, the Martins are very good and seem to be popular of late.

Its 25 inches without the neck so i guess its a c-melody. What would this be worth with old pads?
