Some player ask about the sound of the Charles Bay HR baritone mouthpiece. The guy play a 7N wich is .105" and with RJS 3M. If you go on is site he have some other stuff also. The Pro recordind are rare and a song tell more than thousand word, so:

i have played a hand made Charles Bay on clarinet for years, but i play clarinet with a legit tone. i don't find that the Bay mouthpieces represent what i like in a jazz tone for sax. i think Marco's sound would benefit with a different piece, and he is a good player. Thanks for the clip.

Thanks Mascio. I have the same Bay piece Marco is playing. This mouthpiece are very easy to play and the articulation are light fast, and the projection very good. Playing it, it's like playing a big tenor. For a multi-instrumentist this is an easy way. I play a Bay classical piece on alto a couple years ago, The new serie are very different than the classical one.
