Not all Lyrists were created equal and some aren’t all that valuable, some folks, erroneously attribute the to Mr. Sax’s son but this is incorrect ( to say the least)

The horn in the pictures show a slightly bent Bb key abd some worn out bits of plating. I wouldn’t set my expectations very high

Visiblement et dans l'état des recherches, la société Adolphe Sax et Cie était concurrente de la société Lyrist, les "Lyrist, place du Combat"ne seraient pas des "A E Sax, rue Myrha" et la piste de sous traitance éventuelle resterait à définir si elle existe. Quelles sont les sources des sites de marchand affirmant le contraire? Allez découvrir, si ce n'est pas déjà fait, le site Selmer et entre autres sa partie historique, A E Sax y est mentionné, Lyrist n'y est pas, c'est un magnifique écrin en musique.
