Has anyone ever experienced an inadvertent buzz in there larynx while playing between C and B it really bugs me not sure if I just need more time working down there to find the sweet spot?

Yes, occasionally. It feels sort of like a growl in the back of the throat.

edit - Oh shoot! I just noticed this was a flute thread. I have this sensation with tenor sax. Never on flute that I can recall.
