There is a very sad Martin Bari on ebay right now. Typical school horn that has been totally trashed, would take a magician to fix. Anyway, thought I'd toss it out there. Again, if you don't have the stomach for it you might want to avoid this one...

thats scary,
it must be fixable though,
i mean, take the bell off and put that n the sort of mould that they hammer the bell on in the factory, heat it up and use that to reform it, get a relacement key and a gloger neck and you have a nice baritone for under a grand

Glad to hear you bought that sax, it's neat to know that one of us got it. What is your plan of action now? Do you need to find a regular Committee bow for it or was the Magna bow different? Best of luck with that project, hope you can get it playing again!

Oh! I thought you meant the bottom bow, not the top. I see, that is a bummer. Hope you can find the right parts, there seem to be a number of old school owned martins that may be good donors. Good luck!
