Hi,
I would like to ask...
may be somebody has a track of Lulu back in town. I mean Monk's style not kiddy stuff.

Something moves me when I listen Monk and C. Rouse .

Thanks.

if you subscribe to Irealpro there you have it , of course is not 鈥 Monk style鈥 but it is something, you can actually modify (and in that case republish it in the IREALPRO forum) for the benefit of others.

If you are not there is a gipsy jazz playalong version on you tube

Well, it's a real simple chord progression, why not just get Band in a Box and key it in? Last time I used BIAB there were a couple accompaniment styles that were kind of sparse with chord substitutions a little like Monk might have done.

Charlie Rouse has some intonation issues on this live version of Lulu's Back:

The pitch gets better the longer Charlie solos.
