Hello!

I am aware of the the Piazolla Tango Etudes. Does anyone have any suggestions for a short (less than 5 minutes) unaccompanied work for saxophone in a South American or Latin style? Thanks.

What about Rumba by Maurice Whitney? It is a bit schmaltzy, but would work unaccompanied or perhaps played with a latin percussion track. It is also quite accessible if you don't have a lot of preparation time if you don't choose the altissimo. :)
