I purchased a used Runyon #7 Alto mpc in amber (like a Conn Comet).

Now I am looking for a ligature.

I usually play all my mpcs with Vandoren Optimum Ligs, but none of them will fit on the Runyon.

Any suggestions?

Try a Bb clarinet lig. I use a standard two-screw on my Runyon altos.
