The GF is basically a base model Rovner. The only difference is they put a small rubber washer on the middle of the screw and printed a targeting retical on the back so you line it up correctly. And they charge 4 times as much for it. The mumbo jumbo about different length screws is pointless. You could throw a 5-foot screw into a Rovner and it would work the same.

The Saxxas has a different concept from the Rovner. If you care about the concepts behind different ligatures, you may like this one. I bought Saxxas ligs because they give me peace of mind. I agree with the concept of the Saxxas, so I'm comfortable knowing that everything in my setup is designed to support my playing as I understand it. Also it's nice saxophone bling! Does it really make $135 difference in response or sound? I don't think so.
