Can someone suggest a metal ligature that will fit a LAW Buzzer? The one I'm using (a two-screw generic) is 'goofy', and the screws end up tweaked at a slight angle. It holds the reed in place, but it's only a matter of time before the threads wear out. I'd like something with one screw (FL, BG, Optimum), but I'm not sure which will fit. Anyone here play a Buzzer and use a metal lig with it?

Congrats on having a very elusive mouthpiece. I probably would use a Rovner mainly to protect the finish on it. I suspect what many of us don't know is the size of a LAW mouthpiece - whether its bigger around than a Guardala or what. Can you offer any input on that? I did see a picture of one so at least I know it takes a standard ligature (no built-in rails or top ridge).

Hi. I use a rovner platinium P3-ml with the screw on top of the mp. After a few days on playing, the ligature took the shape on the mouthpiece and now, it fits perfectly. It'a a bit expensive but it's worth it!

I would likely look for an Ishimori that fits. You can always contact them via email and they will tell you which one to purchase. I would also think just a standard Selmer 404 would likely fit. The 402 would fit if it were guardala sized but I thought they were a little larger than that.

I was lucky enough to have the original ligature that came with these. I had a Buzzer and an LCD for a while, both great. Sorry I don't know what else would fit them 🙁

I ended up finding an original lig on Mojo's website.

I'm actively looking for another LAW Buzzer. Best piece I've ever played and I want a back up.
