It looks like the engraving reads King, no ?

Anyway, King splitbell altos are NOT highly regarded...they have the (unfair IMHO) reputation as having bad intonation, although in my experiences of refurbing around 8 or 9, I have not found their intonation to be any worse nor better than a splitbell Conn or Martin. They sound nice, and the ergos are again no better nor worse than most other splitbell-era horns.

So, anyways...value ? Not much due to that reputation. If it doesn't play up and down, worth perhaps $100-120. If it is in decent playing shape, perhaps $250-300.
