These horns have soldered rim rolled tone holes ala Keilwerth.

If my "Intermediate" Kessler Deluxe Tenor is an example of the quality of these new models, I suspect them to be monster players.
Kind of neat idea, trying to make the perfect horn; vintage sound with the modern Mark VI keywork.

I'll be interested to see what people say about them when they come out.

By the way, I have a Kessler Custom Alto, paid $700. I also have a Pan Am alto, similar to a Conn 6M, paid $175 for it. That's a monster player. Kessler is not, sorry.
