Hi , i got lucky last week someone gave me an old keilwerth toneking tenorsax .I has been treated very bad and this baby is hurt. The few notes that still played sounded really really good.. so i am starting to restore it and give it a second life .the serienumber is 67***. its silverplated .it s from early 70.
Anyone has experience with this horn ? soundwise and for pads value etc . any information is more then welcome

Look on the bell to see if it says Toneking Special and has rolled toneholes. If it does, your horn is the same model as the Couf Superba I - also made by Keilwerth - which is a great pro horn.
