I ordered a Crescent II alto from Palo yesterday.
He was very helpful over the phone and I am looking forward to receiving the sax.
I will update this thread once I get it and let you know how it went.

I received the sax from Palo and everything was packed very well. I am an absolute beginner so it is tough for me to say to much except that the fit and finish looks very good. The neck is very tight fitting and the horn plays much more in tune and much easier than my Bundy II.
Palo was great to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Spawndn72, I'm just seeing this now. If we revisited this privately, great. If not, I can help you make it looser on your own, if you like. There is definitely a daily use and care aspect that is different from nearly anybody else. If I didn't cover that with you, I apologize. I can help if you want to get in touch. You will lose some performance if we make it looser, but we can do that.
