A young / old Master Rollins playing and talking. I’ve always liked J Hall but am recently focusing on him. Love his playing . Hope you all like.

I found it fascinating at 9:35 where they talk briefly about playing tunes in different keys.

Yes, where he talked about not messing with their tempos much but we’re open to different keys etc..At this young age Sonny sounds so together and centered in speech and sound. Is that the Buescher I’ve heard he played at one time? Rubber link?

No he's playing a Selmer in this video. Not sure about the HR mouthpiece but I would also guess Otto Link
