Probably not. They come up on ebay regularly. If you bide your time you can almost certainly get one in good condition for less than the repair would cost. This is just a stock mouthpiece. It is an OK one, but you can probably find much better pieces to actually use to play on. If I were you, I'd hang onto it 'just because', and keep my eye out for a nicer example just for the sake of having original equipment to go along with your horn IF you even care about that.
