I'm not certain but maybe the ST90 was made by Jupiter for Keilwerth.
Therefore a Jupiter Baritone neck may just work.
If so I have one for sale.
Unless it says made in the ROC ( Republic of China = Taiwan) the ST 90 series were made either by Keilwerth themselves ( series I) or by Amati ( II, III)

At least this is true of S, A, T ( probably baritone too)

However the Baritone necks without the octave pip are generally speaking way more interchangeable than the ones with an octave pip and you could easily ( whichever series it is) put a Jupiter neck on it and be happy most probably it will work.

I would make a moderate offer for the horn without neck.

I’ve never played a Keilwerth ST90 Baritone, but I imagine it would be quite a nice horn all the same, whether made by Amati or Jupiter.
I’d buy one without a neck if the price was low enough.
Shouldn’t be hard to source a neck new or used.

Most modern Baritone necks are pretty similar in taper and length.
I’ve put a number of different necks on my Yamaha Baritone from various makers and they all tuned well and sounded and felt much the same.
If you can try the neck of someone else’s Baritone (Yamaha/Jupiter/Yanagisawa/Selmer) this is a good place to start.
Obviously some tenon sizing may be necessary, but I don’t imagine it being too hard with madden horns.
Selmer/Yanagisawa are virtually interchangeable without tenon adjustments.
Yamaha and Jupiter are much the same.
Aftermarket neck are also an option.
Barone etc.
Even the chap Chinese Baritone necks on eBay will work on many horns.
