Hi,
For those of you that like tango (if you don't, then think again) and would like to hear something very special and nice, see these videos:

This is an example of what I call the "core" of the argentinian saxophone sound, really, I've heard a lot of argentinian horn players and many of them seem to have been learning with the same teacher, they all have some Gato Barbieri "hard blowing" power influence, but also remarkable richness and depth, you can hear this guy's subtones, and you'll see what I mean.

There are other few guys I can think of now like Andres Boiarsky, Bernardo Baraj, Manuel Miranda (though he's actually peruvian but a long time argentinian resident)

Comments are welcome, and if there is an argentinian out there that can introduce me to other players names I'll be glad.

Have fun,
Ziv
